Whittier Lawn Care

About Whittier Lawn Care

When the winter storms track in off the Pacific, the San Gabriel River runs loud below Whittier and the whole town goes green almost overnight. Whittier Lawn Care meets that flush head-on — mowing on the first dry morning, cutting back the growth that has crept over the walkways, pulling wet leaves out of the beds before they mat down. By summer the rhythm shifts toward trimming and shaping, keeping shrubs off the windows and the grass even through the long stretch of heat. Between the river bottom and the hills there are a great many small front yards here, and each one earns a firm line where the lawn stops and the concrete begins. That line is the part worth slowing down for.
