California Arborist

About California Arborist

When the autumn winds funnel down out of Turnbull Canyon, they find every weak limb in town. California Arborist works ahead of that — pruning for structure, thinning crowns so wind passes through instead of pushing, clearing deadwood, skinning palms, and taking down trees that are past saving. Stumps get ground out and the debris leaves with the crew. Whittier's shade is old and hard-won, oaks and sycamores in the canyons, pepper and jacaranda along the streets, and a careful cut is one nobody notices except that the tree keeps standing. The day ends with the sidewalk swept and the canopy sitting lighter over the roofline.
