About Turner Excavating, Inc

Spring comes late to Westwood, at better than five thousand feet, and when the snowbanks finally shrink the earth underneath is cold, soft and waiting. Turner Excavating, Inc brings excavating along with lawn and yard work to this high pine-country town in Lassen County. Here a good yard often begins below the surface, with ground shaped right before anything green goes in. Just outside town the Bizz Johnson Trail sets off along an old rail grade toward the Susan River canyon, a reminder of how much patient earthwork this country has seen. By midsummer, the lawn above well-laid ground lies flat and green under the pines.
