About Ground-It Landscape Services

February rain arrives on this flat plain in long grey sheets, running toward the storm drains along Imperial Highway, and a week later everything in Westmont is growing at once. Ground-It Landscape Services meets it there — mowing the sudden green back to an even height, edging the walks, pulling the weeds that come up first and fastest, hauling the cuttings off the property. The soil under these yards is heavy and takes water slowly, so the work is a matter of rhythm: cut, clear, come back. There is real pleasure in the first pass after a storm, when the mower lays clean stripes across grass that was shaggy an hour earlier. Small yards, tended often, stay beautiful.
