About Fernandez Landscaping Solutions

In late May the marine layer drifts in off the bay overnight and holds over Westmont until nearly eleven, and the jacarandas drop purple across the sidewalks while it burns away. Fernandez Landscaping Solutions works through that soft grey hour — mowing, edging, trimming hedges back to a clean shoulder, raking the blossoms out of the turf before they stain and slick the concrete. Grass on these blocks grows fast and low, and it rewards a steady weekly hand far more than one big push. When the sun finally opens up over Western Avenue, the yard is already finished, green and even and level. That is the hope on every visit: to leave a place looking cared for before anyone has noticed the work.
