About SGV Gardener

On the valley floor between the 10 and the 60, August does not negotiate. By two in the afternoon the shade under the oaks at Shadow Oak Park is the coolest thing for a mile, and the lawns on the surrounding blocks are asking for attention. SGV Gardener works those streets, mowing high enough that grass can hold its own in the heat, running the edger along the walks, cutting shrubs back off the windows, and clearing the drive before moving on. The San Gabriel Valley is a mosaic of small yards and long straight streets, and the name says plainly where this work lives. West Covina comes first, then the towns that share its borders.
