West Covina grew up in citrus — mile on mile of orange and walnut before the streets came, and a few old trees still hold on in back yards, blooming each spring with a scent that carries a block. Citrus Landscape works those neighborhoods week to week: mowing, edging, shaping hedges, clearing yard debris so the ground beneath the green looks tended too. Spring here is quick and generous, the hills going emerald after winter rain and the lawns wanting a cut every seven days instead of ten. The crew keeps pace with it, and the reward is a front yard that looks deliberate from the sidewalk. The groves are mostly memory now; the care for growing things stayed put.
