About Layturf Landscaping

Laying turf is one of the few jobs where the whole result shows up the same afternoon. Ground graded and raked smooth, rolls carried in and set edge to edge, seams closed tight, and a bare rectangle in a Northgate backyard becomes a lawn before the sun goes behind the hills. Layturf Landscaping does that work in the Walnut Creek spring, when the soil still carries winter moisture and new turf can knit down before the heat comes for it. After the install come the ordinary faithful things — mowing, edging, trimming, keeping the water where the roots are. Kids are usually out on it within days, which is exactly the point.
