Steve's Lawn Care

About Steve's Lawn Care

Thursday, mid-morning, somewhere in the older Visalia neighborhoods where the shade trees have had fifty summers to fill in and the lawns run flat and generous from porch to sidewalk. Steve's Lawn Care keeps the same day and the same order every week — mow, edge, trim, shape the hedges when they need it, sweep the walk — because the people on the route have learned to plan around it. Nothing about it is complicated. It is just done, and done again, and the yard never gets the chance to look tired. That reliability is what a lawn actually wants in a climate that swings from fog to a hundred and five, and it is what neighbors notice from the street.
