About Nelms Landscape Contractors

In April the St. John's River runs bright along the north edge of Visalia and the valley oaks that gave this town its name push out their new leaves all at once. Nelms Landscape Contractors builds the season around that surge — mowing on a rhythm that keeps ahead of the growth, edging beds and borders back to a defined line, shaping hedges and shrubs before they crowd a window, and feeding turf so it can carry its green into the long hot stretch. Weed control here is patient work rather than dramatic work, done a little at a time so nothing ever gets a foothold. Fall brings the other half: cleanups, cut-backs, and clearing what the wind drops. A yard they have kept all year reads the way a well-tended orchard row reads, ordered and easy on the eye.
