Zavala Yardcare

About Zavala Yardcare

Vina wakes early in summer, when light spills over the orchards and, on clear days, the snowy crown of Lassen Peak floats pale above the eastern horizon. The Trappist abbey keeps its quiet hours among walnut groves and prune orchards, and the Sacramento River slides by just to the west. Zavala Yardcare looks after yards in this small Tehama County community, cutting lawns, trimming edges and tidying up before the afternoon heat climbs toward triple digits. Deer Creek runs down out of the mountains nearby, a reminder that this valley is fed by snowmelt even in July. A freshly mowed yard under big shade trees, edges neat and the walk swept, is a fine way to start a valley day.
