ZM Lawn Care

About ZM Lawn Care

There is a good half hour on a Friday evening when the desert sky goes orange behind the ranch houses and the first stars come up over the valley before the streetlights do. ZM Lawn Care aims to be finishing then — the last yard on the route mowed in even stripes, edges run, walks blown clean, cuttings loaded. The services are plain: mowing, trimming, edging, weed control and cleanups, week after week so nothing gets away from anybody. Out here a green lawn is a deliberate thing, and the reward for keeping it is a block in Victorville where every line is straight and the yard looks quietly done. Tailgate up, truck rolling home, one more street left better than it was that morning.
