About Halter Encinas Enterprises Inc.

Out toward Saticoy the town gives way to lemon rows and eucalyptus windbreaks, the properties get wider and the work gets bigger with them. Halter Encinas Enterprises Inc. covers that larger end of grounds care around Ventura, mowing acreage as readily as a front lawn, string trimming fence lines, clearing overgrowth and weeds, shaping hedges and hauling off whatever comes down. Open ground dries fast here and grows fast after rain, so the schedule gets set by the land rather than the calendar. There is something plain and good about a long edge cut clean beside a gravel drive. Big parcel or small yard, the same finish at the end of it.
