About Santos Landscaping and Hauling

First light over the Mare Island Strait turns the old shipyard cranes into paper cutouts, and the truck is already rolling south with an empty trailer behind it. Santos Landscaping and Hauling works Vallejo yards the way the tide works that channel — steady, on time, leaving the place better than it found it. Mowing and edging, string trimming down the fence lines, hedges and shrubs cut back into shape, and then the part most people dread: the pile at the curb, loaded up and taken away. There is real satisfaction in a driveway swept clean and a green-waste heap that simply is not there anymore. By the time the hills west of town shift from grey to gold, a yard that looked overgrown on Tuesday carries an edge as straight as a survey line.
