About Dirty Fingers Landscape Design & Development

The valley floor here is river ground — soil the Russian River laid down over a long time, heavy enough to hold water in winter and to crack open in a Ukiah August. Anyone who works it learns it with their hands before their eyes. Dirty Fingers Landscape Design & Development carries that knowledge into ordinary lawn care: mowing at the right height for the month, edging beds and walks, trimming the places a mower cannot reach, and leaving the site clean. Early morning is the honest hour for it, before the heat sits down on the valley. What stays behind is simple and worth doing — grass even, lines true, the ground looked after.
