Better Green Scapes

About Better Green Scapes

Late afternoon, the ridgelines above Peters Canyon go copper and the whole east side of Tustin softens into gold. Down in the neighborhoods below, that light is unforgiving on a lawn — it finds every scalped patch, every ragged line along a driveway. Better Green Scapes works to the standard that light sets: turf cut at an even height, trimmed tight around posts and meter boxes, clippings gone before the truck is. Mowing, edging, feeding and cleanup carry a Southern California yard through a year that swings from January rain to a long dry summer, and steady hands are what keep the color honest. The reward is small and worth it — a homeowner pulling in at dusk to a yard that looks looked-after.
