Freed's Snow Removal

About Freed's Snow Removal

When the Donner Pass snowpack finally lets go, Truckee's yards come out flattened and gray, and the whole town spends a few weeks putting them right. Freed's Snow Removal turns to that green season with mowing, trimming, edging and spring cleanup that lifts a lawn back up out of the mud. There is a particular day in June when the grass stands upright and takes color, and the work done before it is what makes that happen. Through summer it becomes a rhythm of cut lawns and swept edges, week after week, until the nights turn again. Yards here are worth keeping sharp for the short stretch they are green.
