Dan’s Dirt Works & Land Management

About Dan’s Dirt Works & Land Management

Out along Tres Pinos Creek the land is honest about what it is: clay that cracks in the summer sun, gravel washed down from the Diablo Range, wild oats standing waist-high by May and gone to straw by June. Dan's Dirt Works & Land Management works that ground directly, pairing dirt work with the lawn care and land management that keep a property usable. Open ground gets its growth brought under control, yards get cut back and tidied, and earth gets moved to where it ought to be. There is a plainspoken pride in a parcel that looks managed instead of overrun. When the afternoon wind comes hard across the flats, ground worked this way in Tres Pinos simply holds its shape.
