About JP Landscaping

The first real rain of October arrives in Tracy overnight and by morning the streets smell like wet dust and everything the summer dropped is lying flat on the lawns. JP Landscaping goes to work on that — leaves raked and hauled, beds cleared, gutlines and fence corners emptied of the drift, lawns cut back to an even height before the growth slows. A yard cleared before winter comes through the wet months in far better shape than one left to mat down. Mowing, trimming and general upkeep continue on schedule the rest of the year, so the fall work is never a rescue mission. Nothing looks better on a grey valley afternoon than a lawn with clean ground beneath it.
