Edwin's Landscaping & Maintenance

About Edwin's Landscaping & Maintenance

August in the San Joaquin is a long test of patience, the sun sitting on a yard from six in the morning until eight at night. Edwin's Landscaping & Maintenance works with that instead of against it — mowing a touch higher so turf can shade its own roots, keeping shrubs trimmed but not stripped, pulling weeds before they take the water a lawn is counting on. Regular maintenance in heat like this is what separates a yard that holds its color from one that gives up in July. Cleanups clear the dry litter that gathers under hedges and along fence lines. When the evening cools and the whole block comes back outside, the yards on this route are still standing green.
