Armstrong Garden Centers

About Armstrong Garden Centers

Late spring on Hawthorne Boulevard is a purple business — jacaranda blossoms across the parked cars, and half of Torrance suddenly wanting to plant something. Armstrong Garden Centers meets that impulse with a nursery yard and a landscape crew both: plant selection, garden design and installation, planting beds and containers, irrigation, and the seasonal care that walks a young garden through its first hot months. The best part arrives later, the season a bed drawn on paper closes over and looks as though it simply grew there. Torrance soil, a generous sun and a marine breeze that forgives a great deal make this a fine place to garden. Crews range out from the boulevard across the surrounding South Bay towns.
