Spring on Ring Mountain is a lesson in what this peninsula can grow — wildflowers so particular that some of them live nowhere else on earth. Planet Horticulture gardens in that spirit, treating every Tiburon yard as its own small ecosystem: the right plant in the right exposure, beds layered for the long dry summer, lawns kept as green rooms within the larger design. The marine fog does half the watering here if a garden is built to catch it, and the bay light does the rest. This is horticulture as attentive practice — soil first, then structure, then bloom. The gardens that come of it feel less installed than grown, which is exactly the point.
