Winter is when this valley goes green — February rain rolls in off the Pacific, the ridges toward Boney Mountain turn a startling emerald, and grass grows faster than anyone expects. Sebastian’s Landscaping keeps pace through it: mowing on the dry days, edging, trimming, and clearing the sodden leaf litter that mats down turf after a storm.
