Whit's-Turn Tree Care

About Whit's-Turn Tree Care

When a winter storm barrels through Templeton and the big limbs come down across a drive, the phone rings at Whit's-Turn Tree Care — but the better calls are the ones made beforehand. This is tree care in full: pruning crowns so wind passes through instead of pushing, removing weakened and dead wood, clearing limbs off structures, and taking down trees that have reached the end of their standing. The oaks and pines of this hill country carry decades in their branches, and every cut respects that. Calm-weather work prevents rough-weather grief; that is the quiet math of the trade. Afterward the tree stands lighter, the sky shows through where it should, and the next storm finds a lot less to argue with.
