About MR Landscaping

October in Talmage is a slant of honeyed light, the low afternoon sun gilding the chaparral slopes of Cow Mountain to the east while the yard trees let go of their leaves one gust at a time. MR Landscaping works the turn of the year in the yards below: lawns brought back after the long dry months, fallen leaves gathered before the rains can mat them down, shrubs and borders shaped for the quieter half of the year. It is careful, unhurried work, and it shows. A front yard put in order this time of year carries a sense of readiness, as if the house had drawn a breath before winter. When the season's opening storm finally comes over the coast range, everything here is already in its place.
