About Vargas Landscapes

The Sutter Buttes catch the first light before anything else in the valley, and the little town of Sutter sits right at their feet, close enough to watch the shadows walk down the slopes at sunrise. Vargas Landscapes works in that view — mowing lawns, shaping beds, keeping yards trim in a farm town surrounded by rice fields that flood silver in winter and go deep green by June. The valley seasons are big and legible here, and a well-kept yard keeps time with them: spring cuts, summer edges, fall cleanups as the fields turn gold. Lots in Sutter tend to be generous, with room for gardens and shade trees, and the crew tends all of it. Under mountains that small and that singular, the yards may as well look their part.
