About Exterior Renovations LLC

Some yards need a haircut; some need to be started over. Exterior Renovations LLC does the second kind of work — grading out the low spots that hold snowmelt, prepping soil that is mostly decomposed granite and optimism, laying sod or seeding it in, rebuilding beds and setting rock and borders that hold a straight line. Autumn is a fine time for it in Susanville, once the heat has let go and the old rail grade above the Susan River is running gold, because ground worked now comes back rooted in spring. Regular mowing, trimming and cleanup carry the finished yard forward from there. Susanville and the towns strung along the valley.
