About Alpine Property Preservation

Susanville sits on the seam where the Sierra runs out and the Great Basin opens, and a yard here has to answer to both — pine duff on one side of the fence, sagebrush on the other. Alpine Property Preservation works that seam: mowing, trimming and edging through the short green stretch, then the long haul of seasonal cleanup once the wind off the Diamond range packs the last leaves into every corner. A good share of the lots up this way sit empty part of the year, and the point is that nobody driving past can tell. There is something plain and satisfying about pulling up to a place gone shaggy and leaving it squared off — beds cleared, clippings gone, hoses and sprinklers put to bed ahead of the first hard freeze. Susanville, Janesville and the flats out toward Johnstonville, one property at a time.
