Yard Titans

About Yard Titans

Sunnyvale is flat, which means nothing hides. A ragged edge along a driveway shows from the street — and so does a sharp one. Yard Titans takes the middle of a hot Saturday, the hour when the Diablo Range goes hazy blue to the east and the shade under a liquidambar is the only cool thing on the block, and turns a rough yard back into a kept one: mowed, edged, trimmed along the fence line, hauled clean. Grass in this valley runs on its own calendar, pushing hard through the wet months and digging in through the dry ones, so the answer is simply coming back on a rhythm. Pull up at the curb after, look down the lawn, and the lines are all going the same way.
