About Mauricio's Landscaping & Lawn Maint Srvcs

Fair Oaks earned its name honestly — the old coast live oaks along that stretch of Sunnyvale drop a slow, gritty rain of leaves all through October, and they do not do it politely. Mauricio's Landscaping & Lawn Maint Srvcs works under them anyway: raking and blowing the lawn clear, mowing, edging the walks, trimming the corners the machine cannot reach, and shaping the hedges before winter. Everything gathered goes into the truck rather than into a pile someone else has to deal with. The maintenance schedule carries straight through the rainy months, when the grass grows quietly and steadily and still needs a hand. Come back to the house after dark, headlights sweeping the front yard, and it looks the way you want your own place to look.
