Lawn Express

About Lawn Express

Thursday, one-thirty, the truck turns onto the block and the whole thing takes twenty minutes: mow, edge, trim the fence line, clear the drive, gate latched, gone. Lawn Express runs Stockton on that kind of clock, weekly and biweekly cuts with edging, string trimming, and clipping cleanup every visit. There is an art to being quick and still leaving a straight line — the route only works if nobody has to be called back. Valley grass grows fast from spring into fall, and a week is exactly as long as a lawn can wait. Come home to a cut yard and the weekend starts a little earlier.
