Delta Lawn and Garden

About Delta Lawn and Garden

On a December morning the tule fog lies over the Delta so thick the levee roads seem to end fifty feet out, and the lawns come up out of it wet and dark. Delta Lawn and Garden works those winter weeks when most things have slowed — cleanups, cutting back, weeding the beds, keeping the turf trimmed through a growing season that never fully closes here. Then February clears, the ground drains, and the mowing rhythm picks straight back up: cut, edge, trim, sweep the walks. Between water and orchard, a kept yard looks like an answer to all that flat open country. The edges get taken seriously out here, because a straight line is a choice.
