About Wendt • LA

Crush season fills St. Helena with the smell of fermenting fruit, and the stone buildings along Main Street hold the warm October light like a glass holds wine. Wendt • LA approaches landscapes with that same sense of place — a design-minded practice that treats each yard as part of the town's fabric. The work itself stays grounded: lawns kept trim, plantings pruned to purpose, beds kept clean so the intent of a garden reads clearly. Lines matter here, the way rows matter in a vineyard. When the light goes amber in the afternoon, a well-composed yard is simply another thing in this town worth slowing down for.
