About Britton Tree Services Inc

Main Street in St. Helena runs under a tunnel of old trees, and in October the valley light comes through it the color of cider. Britton Tree Services Inc works up and down that stretch of the Napa Valley, pruning long-standing trees so they keep their shape and trimming back whatever has grown into a roofline or a lane. On the river side of town, where the Napa runs thin all summer and hard in February, trimming keeps limbs off the banks and out of trouble. Removal comes when a tree is finished, and it is done tidily, the stump area raked and the drive left clear. After a Mayacamas storm the cleanup starts at the driveway and works outward until the property looks like the weather never came through.
