Yardsharks

About Yardsharks

Fair week hits Sonora in the thick of summer, the fairgrounds full and the town running hot from noon until long past sundown, and the lawns keep growing right through the commotion. Yardsharks works those afternoons — mowing, edging and trimming property after property, moving quickly and leaving nothing half-finished behind. Speed only counts if the cut is even, so the passes overlap, the trimmer follows the mower, and the walks get blown clear before the truck moves on. Clippings ride out with the crew rather than piling up at the curb. Come evening, a whole street's worth of yards stands short, squared and ready for whoever pulls into the driveway.
