About Wacky Weedeating

Some Sonora yards are not really yards. They are banks, gulch sides and odd wedges of ground where a mower has no business going, all of it thick with star thistle by the middle of July. Wacky Weedeating takes those on with a string trimmer and good boots, cutting the rough back to short, even stubble and then taking the mowable lawn down alongside it. Everything cut gets gathered and hauled, so the finished ground stays finished. Steep, tangled and awkward is the specialty; the satisfaction is standing at the bottom afterward and seeing the whole slope laid flat and clean.
