About Mariposa Landscapes, Inc. | Somis

When the Santa Ana winds come down through the passes in fall, Somis turns crisp and golden, and every avocado hillside sheds a little of itself onto the yards below. Mariposa Landscapes meets that season head-on — raking, hauling, mowing the last flush of growth, leaving lawns trim while the wind does its worst. The rest of the year the crew keeps a steady rhythm: mowing on schedule, edging the drives, shaping shrubs, pulling weeds before they get ideas. In a town of growers, they understand that a landscape is never finished, only kept. So they keep it, week after week, until keeping it looks effortless.
