About Marcos Landscape & Hardscape

By evening the Simi Hills go violet and the stone in a Wood Ranch backyard is still handing back the day's heat. Marcos Landscape & Hardscape works both halves of a yard — the living part and the built part — setting pavers, walkways and walls that hold a slope still, then planting what will soften them. A patio laid true reads as one surface underfoot: joints even, pattern running clean out to a straight border. Around it the beds take their shape, the lawn takes its cut, and the whole thing begins to look like it grew that way. In a valley where the outdoor rooms get used most of the year, that is the point — ground you actually stand on.
