About guero's lawn care service

At dusk near Rancho Tapo the swifts come out, sprinklers tick on down the block, and the last mower of the day goes quiet. guero's lawn care service works those neighborhood streets — mowing, edging along the walk and driveway, string-trimming the fence line, clearing the cuttings so the concrete is bare when the truck leaves. A lawn cut on time barely registers; a lawn that missed two weeks announces itself to the whole street. So the calendar is half the craft, and the crisp edge is the signature. In a valley this dry, a green yard at sunset is something somebody chose.
