WEST COAST LANDSCAPE & INNOVATIONS

About WEST COAST LANDSCAPE & INNOVATIONS

The first real rain of the year changes Seaside overnight: the old Fort Ord hills behind town turn from gold to a green so sudden it looks like someone moved a dial, and lawns from Canyon Del Rey on up the slope wake hungry. WEST COAST LANDSCAPE & INNOVATIONS reads that turn and works with it, feeding and weeding while the ground is soft, pulling cores and overseeding so the thin patches fill before the dry stretch returns, then keeping the mowing and edging honest week after week. Oaks and street trees let go into the beds, and the cleanup clears them until the yard looks intentional again. There is real satisfaction in a straight edge along a walkway and in a strip of turf that keeps its color after the hills have gone tan. That is the work here — one Seaside address at a time, and out across the flats to the neighboring towns.
