About Rossmoor Park Owners Association

Rossmoor Park on a summer evening is one long open green with the field lights coming on and somebody's dog running the whole length of it. Rossmoor Park Owners Association keeps grass in that same open-ground manner: broad even cuts, edges run along the paths and curbs, trimming around fences and posts, debris gathered and gone before morning. Big lawns are honest — every missed pass shows from across the field. The mild coastal air keeps things growing straight through the calendar, so the mowing never really pauses. What people notice is only the absence of anything wrong, which is precisely the point.
