About MK Bradley Gardens

The first real rains reach Marin in November, and within weeks the brown headlands above Sausalito turn an almost startling green. MK Bradley Gardens works with that rhythm rather than against it — feeding lawns as the wet season wakes them, cutting through the fast growth of winter and spring, and easing off as the dry months arrive. It is a climate that does everything backward from most of the country, and lawn care here means knowing the calendar in your hands as well as your head. The reward comes on a clear December afternoon when a freshly mowed yard glows against dark, rain-heavy hills. That contrast — bright grass, wet earth, gray sky — is the winter signature of this coast, and this crew helps write it.
