Hungry Beaver

About Hungry Beaver

At midday, when the light lies flat and bright on Richardson Bay and the houseboats knock gently at their moorings, the small lawns of Sausalito ask for attention too. Hungry Beaver takes care of them — the pocket yards tucked behind gates, the strips of green squeezed between a deck and a fence, the patches that make a waterside town feel lived-in. The work is mowing, trimming, and cleanup, done at a scale where every pass of the mower matters because there are only a few. A tidy lawn beside salt water is its own kind of achievement; the air alone tries to undo it. This crew keeps winning that argument, one small green rectangle at a time.
