About West Bay Garden

June in the streets around the Luther Burbank Home & Gardens is all long shadow and bloom, the older bungalow blocks shaded enough that grass grows in patches and moods. West Bay Garden takes those yards as they are — mowing at the height the shade will support, edging along the old concrete walks, trimming close to porch steps and tree rings, and carrying the clippings off. The dry season here stretches on, so the discipline is consistency: same cut, same line, same day. When the rains return the lawns thicken up and the mower goes back to full duty. What stays constant is the finish at the gate, when the yard reads clean from the sidewalk.
