About Jacinto Gardening Service

When the wind swings around out of the northeast in autumn it comes down over the Mupu foothills dry as paper and empties every tree into every yard below. Jacinto Gardening Service meets it with rakes and blowers: leaf and debris cleanup, mowing, trimming, hedge work, beds cleared and the whole load hauled off. Along Santa Paula Creek the sycamores let go for weeks, so this is less one heroic push than a patient return, week after week, until the branches stand bare and the grass beneath them is clean. Something in a yard swept flat during a wind that keeps arguing with you feels worth the trouble. Then winter rain lands on tidy ground, which is the point.
