About Perez gardening and landscaping

Neary Lagoon keeps its own weather — cattails, red-winged blackbirds, and mist that hangs a little longer than it does two blocks up on Laurel Street. Perez gardening and landscaping tends yards through that neighborhood and out into the Circles: mowing, edging, hedge trimming, weeding, bed planting, mulch, and cleanups that end with a loaded truck. Small in-town lots reward precision — a hedge held to a line, a bed with a clean curve, a lawn cut to one height corner to corner. Winter rain runs the show from November on; summer is about trimming and keeping everything in order. Careful gardening on a tight lot makes the whole place feel larger than it is.
