Santa Clarita Tree Care

About Santa Clarita Tree Care

Placerita Canyon still runs to old oaks, and the shade beneath them is the coolest thing in Santa Clarita on an August afternoon. Around Newhall those same oaks stand in front yards and over rooflines, where pruning is slow, conservative work — take a little, come back, never strip a crown that took a century to build. When the Santa Anas arrive in fall, the trees that were trimmed hold, and the ones that weren't send a limb across a fence. Tree removal on these tight lots happens on ropes, with the truck parked wherever it fits and the wood walked out. Storm damage cleanup is measured in how quickly a driveway becomes a driveway again.
