About Marina Landscape Services, Inc.

June mornings in Stevenson Ranch come in under a gray marine ceiling that slides over the Santa Susanas and burns off by ten. Marina Landscape Services, Inc. uses those gray hours on the slopes and street frontages west of the Old Road, mowing while the grass is cool and cutting a crisp border along the walks. The work runs to the ordinary and essential: edging, string trimming, hedge shaping, weed control, seasonal feeding, and clearing the walks before the crew moves on. Turf on a hillside is a different animal than turf on the flat; it wants an even cut and an even soak, and it tells you plainly when it hasn't had one. When the ceiling lifts, the lawns come up bright against the tan hills, and that contrast is the whole point.
