About Gothic Landscape - Construction

Out in the Rye Canyon flats a street exists as curb and dirt long before it exists as an address, and landscape construction is everything that happens in between. Gothic Landscape - Construction handles the building end: grading and soil work, irrigation systems, planting, tree installation, sod and lawn installation, and the finish work that turns a graded lot into ground people walk on. Large installs run on order — mains before laterals, soil before plants, everything before turf goes down. There is one particular morning on any job when the sod arrives and the whole site changes character in about four hours. Then the water goes on, and the place starts being a place.
