Erik's Tree Service & Brush Clearance

About Erik's Tree Service & Brush Clearance

By May the hills around Santa Clarita have gone from green to straw, and brush that looked handsome in March is fuel leaning against a fence line. Erik's Tree Service & Brush Clearance spends that stretch of the year on hillsides and lot lines — clearing brush, cutting back overgrowth, thinning and trimming trees, removing dead limbs and hauling all of it away. Later, when the Santa Anas come through hot and hard out of the northeast, a property cleared in spring is a far calmer place to stand. It is heavy, dusty, sweating work with a simple result: air and space where there was tangle. A cleared slope with the oaks left standing and properly shaped is a fine-looking thing, and a good deal easier to sleep beside.
